The County Clerk serves as the official record keeper for the County Court and for the Commissioners' Court. The Clerk also conducts elections for Eastland County voters.
Elections The Election Division conducts general and special elections as well as early voting for the primary elections. This division also works closely with party affiliated chairs for primary elections.
Recording and Marriage Licenses The Recording Division preserves all documents pertaining to real property records, including deeds, tax liens, and UCCs. This division also issues marriage licenses and files assumed names (DBAs) for new businesses.

Misdemeanor Criminal Division The Criminal Division records information on all Class A and B misdemeanor offenses like DWI's, thefts, and assaults. It also provides administrative support to the County Court through the issuance of warrants, summons, subpoenas, commitments, etc.
Probate Division The Probate Division keeps records for Probate Courts. This office issues citations, letters of guardianship, letters of testamentary, notices, and other documents as required by law or requested by customers. The Probate Court hears cases concerning wills to be probated, administration of estates, mental health commitments, guardianships, etc.

Microfilm and Records Management The Microfilm and Records Management Division films real property records, Probate and Commissioners' Court minutes; manages and preserves the records for the Court Clerk's office.
Commissioners' Court Minutes The County Clerk's office records proceedings and actions of the Commissioners' Court sessions, maintains the records of these proceedings, and disseminates this information.
