Notice is hereby given that the Eastland County Commissioners' Court will meet in a regular meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 8th, 2008, in the Eastland County Commissioners' Courtroom, Eastland, Texas, to consider the following agenda items:

1. Read and Sign Minutes. - County Clerk

2. Discuss and Consider request from Eastland County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for portion of Family Protection Fee collected. - Bill Sanders

3. Open and Accept bids for reconstruction of County Road 442, Precinct 1. - County Auditor

4. Discuss and Consider adopting the dedication of Northshore Sub Division Unit 2 for Morris Greenhaw.-Lynn Williamson

5. Discuss and Consider executing contract with Department of State Health Services for birth certificate services with the County Clerk. - Cathy Jentho

6. Discuss and Consider January through March 2008, 1st Quarter Jail Commissary and Inmate Fund Audit Report. - Janice Hinson

2. Go into Executive Session to receive legal advice.

3. Discuss and Consider possible action concerning contract between County and Yellow House equipment dealer.
